The National Judicial Council has recommended the reinstatement of suspended President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Isa Ayo Salami.
The Council during a Two-day meeting which ended Thursday evening agreed after much deliberation to reinstate the embattled Justice. The Council also agreed that a letter be written to President Goodluck Jonathan to reinstate the jurist.
Justice Salami was suspended in August last year following his face-off with the immediate past Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Aloysius Katsina-Alu.
