Zambia has defeated Ghana in the first semi final match, in the 2012 African Cup of Nations, AFCON, co-hosted by Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.
The only goal, which propelled the Zambians to the final, came from Emmanuel Mayuka in the 78 minute.
The Zambians will face either Ivory Coast or Mali, who slug it out in the second semi final match.
